Post-op care is typically recommended starting Day 1. Everyday for the first 10 days after your procedure (lipo, BBL, tummy tuck), once cleared by your surgeon.
For optimal healing:

✔ 2–3 times per week after for up to week 5
✔ Then once per week based on your healing progress
