By accessing this website and purchasing or using our services and products, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for your use, results, and outcomes. The Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness Suite is not liable for any misuse, adverse reactions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services or products.

By booking an appointment, purchasing services or products, or entering the premises, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments & Booking
A valid card on file and/or deposit may be required to secure all appointments.

New clients may be required to submit a 50% deposit within 24 hours to confirm bookings.

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you—please be intentional when booking.

2. Arrival Policy
Clients are expected to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.

Your appointment begins at the scheduled time—please plan accordingly to be prepared for your service.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.
Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or reschedules will incur a $35 rebooking fee and forfeit the deposit on file.

Same-day reschedules are considered cancellations due to the inability to refill the reserved appointment time.
Excessive rescheduling (more than 2 times) will require full prepayment to book future services.

4. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without notice will result in forfeiture of deposit and/or full-service charge.
Rebooking may require full payment in advance and may be restricted.

5. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable.
Prepaid services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can properly address your concerns.

6. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid until the expiration date listed.

Full service value must be redeemed prior to expiration.

Missed appointments using gift certificates are subject to the cancellation policy.

Expired certificates may be honored at a reduced value or reactivation fee at management discretion.

7. Memberships & Packages
Memberships require a commitment term as outlined at enrollment.
Sessions may roll over but expire within the designated timeframe.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeited sessions.

Memberships may be shared with one spouse or child if specified in the plan.

Benefits and discounts apply only while membership is active.

8. Service Expectations & Results
Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed.

Results vary based on individual factors including skin type, Fitzpatrick level, treatment history, and client compliance with aftercare.
The Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness Suite does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Clients are responsible for following all before and aftercare instructions.
Certain services (including advanced skincare and scar correction treatments) require approval prior to booking.

9. Health & Medical Disclosure
Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, injuries, or recent procedures.
Services may be modified or declined for safety.
Post-operative and corrective treatments require appropriate healing time and approval.

10. Professional Environment
The Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness Suite maintains a professional, safe, and respectful environment.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.

11. Liability Waiver
By receiving services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with treatments.
The Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness Suite is not liable for:
Reactions due to undisclosed conditions
Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Pre-existing conditions or sensitivities

12. Product Purchases
All retail sales are final sale due to hygiene and safety standards.
We are not responsible for misuse or adverse reactions.
Patch testing is recommended prior to full use.

Clients are responsible for the proper application and use of all products and acknowledge that individual results and outcomes may vary.
Products sold are intended for cosmetic use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
The Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness Suite and its providers are not medical professionals. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical conditions.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all ingredients and ensuring they are not allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredients prior to use.

13. Back Bar & Wholesale Purchases (Licensed Professionals Only)
Back bar and wholesale products are intended for licensed professionals only.

By purchasing these products, you confirm that you are a licensed professional or are purchasing under the supervision of a licensed professional.

The Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness Suite reserves the right to request proof of licensure prior to fulfilling any wholesale or back bar order.

Orders may be canceled or refused if proper credentials cannot be verified.

14. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All services, protocols, products, branding, and content provided by The Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness Suite are the exclusive property of the business.

Copying, replicating, distributing, teaching, or reselling any products, services, treatment protocols, or branded materials is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

15. Shipping & Order Processing
Orders require 3–5 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Processing timeframes may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.

Shipping times may vary based on carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.

The Mindful Touch Massage & Wellness Suite is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been shipped.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

16. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, contraindications, or inappropriate conduct.

17. Privacy & Consent
Client information is kept confidential and used solely for business operations.
Photos/videos are only taken and used with client consent.
18. Promotions & Offers
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

Offers must be redeemed within the specified timeframe.

19. Policy Updates

Policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

20. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services or products, you agree to all policies outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Any chargeback or dispute initiated without first contacting us to resolve the matter will be considered a violation of this agreement.
Any chargeback initiated after services have been rendered or products have been shipped will be considered fraudulent.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action to recover the full cost of services, products, fees, and any additional damages permitted by law.
Clients who initiate chargebacks may be permanently restricted from booking future services.
Agreement
