Do I need an appointment for my spa day?

Yes. All Spa Day experiences must be booked online with a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice. Same-day Spa Day appointments are not available.
The Mindful Touch is an automated wellness suite and does not have a receptionist. Because we may be in session with another client, phone calls and over-the-phone booking requests may be delayed. For the fastest access to current availability, please book directly through our online booking system.
If you have questions before booking, please schedule a free consultation and select your desired date and time for us to speak. You may also send us an email with your questions.
Can my Spa Day be personalized for a birthday or special occasion?

Absolutely. We can add special touches to help make birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and other occasions feel more personal.
If you would like a personalized celebratory message displayed on the television—for example, “Happy Birthday, Brittney!”—the guest’s name and celebration details must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, a general celebratory message may be displayed, but the guest’s name will not be included.
Additional special requests, customizations, or décor requests require a minimum of 7 days’ advance notice and may include an additional fee depending on the request.
What if I have questions before booking a special Spa Day?

If you are planning a birthday, celebration, or customized Spa Day and would like to discuss the experience before booking, please schedule a consultation through our online booking system. Select the date and time you would like us to speak, and we’ll connect with you then.

We recommend reaching out early when planning a special occasion so there is enough time to accommodate any requested customizations.
Can I choose which services are included in my Spa Day?

Depending on the experience you select, you may be able to choose from or add services such as massage, facials, body treatments, waxing, stretching, or other available wellness services.
If you are looking for a more personalized experience, our Self-Care Edit allows you to combine multiple services into one intentional visit.
Can I book a Spa Day for someone else as a gift?

Yes. Spa Days make a great birthday, anniversary, self-care, or just-because gift.
When booking an experience for someone else, payment in full is required at the time of purchase.
What happens if I am late or need to change my Spa Day?

Because your Spa Day is reserved specifically for you, arriving late may shorten your experience.
We provide a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, service time may be reduced. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your Spa Day will still take place, but the experience will be shortened to fit within the remaining reserved time.
Spa Day appointments require advance notice for changes or rescheduling. Because multiple services, products, and time blocks may be prepared specifically for your experience, same-day changes or rescheduling are not permitted.
