Share The Mindful Touch with someone you know and earn referral credit toward your future services.

When you refer a new guest, they’ll receive $20 off their first qualifying service

. After they complete and pay for their appointment, you’ll receive a $20 referral credit on your account.

Referral credits may be stacked and saved toward a future service, including a complimentary service once enough credit has been earned.

★ New guests only: The referred guest must be completely new to The Mindful Touch Wellness Suite and may not have previously received a service with us.

★ The referring client must be an existing client. Your name must already be in our client database before the referred guest’s appointment.

★ Referrals must be submitted when booking. Referral credit cannot be added retroactively after an appointment has been completed.

★ A qualifying service must have a regular value of $129 or more. Waxing services qualify at a regular value of $75 or more.


★ Credit is earned after the service is completed. Referral credit is not issued when the appointment is booked. The referred guest must complete and pay for their qualifying service before the $20 credit is added to the referring client’s account.

★ Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers.The referred guest’s $20 discount may not be combined with another promotion, coupon, new-client offer, membership discount, or special unless specifically stated otherwise.

★ Referral credits have no cash value. Any unused balance remains as service credit until it is used or expires and cannot be redeemed for cash.

★ Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts for the referred guest. If the referred guest chooses to use another eligible promotion or discount instead of the $20 referral offer, the referring client may still receive their $20 referral credit once the guest completes a qualifying service.






★ Referral credits may be stacked.  Earn $20 for each qualifying referral and save your credits toward a future service.

★ Referral credits expire after 12 months.** Each $20 referral credit must be used within **one year of the date it is earned**. Expired credits cannot be reinstated.

★ Credits may be used toward services and retail products. Referral credits cannot be used toward gratuity, gift cards, booking fees, cancellation fees, memberships, or exchanged for cash.

★ Referral credits are non-transferable. Credits belong to the client who earned them and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or combined with another client’s referral balance.

★ Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts for the referred guest. If the referred guest chooses to use another eligible promotion or discount instead of the $20 referral offer, the referring client may still receive their $20 referral credit once the guest completes a qualifying service.

★ Referral credit is applied at checkout. Once the referred guest completes their qualifying service, the $20 referral credit will be added to the referring client’s account at checkout on the day of service.

★ Redeeming stacked referral credits. If you would like to use multiple referral credits toward a service, please contact us directly to book your appointment so your available credits can be properly applied. Stacked referral credits cannot be applied to appointments booked online.


The Mindful Touch Wellness Suite reserves the right to verify all referrals and modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Referral credits are awarded only when all program requirements have been met.
